Quinn Emanuel team secured a ruling allocating to its client a 70% ownership stake of Sanchez Energy Corporation

Quinn Emanuel on behalf of unsecured creditors secured a ruling last Thursday allocating to its client a 70% ownership stake of Sanchez Energy Corporation. (now known as Mesquite Energy Corp.). This case has been ongoing for several years, and despite repeated obstacles, the team came out on top.
