The Daily Journal published an article on Quinn Emanuel’s victory in “Pacific Steel Group v. Commercial Metals Co. et al.”, highlighting the win, one of the largest antitrust jury verdicts of the year, as a top verdict for impact. Team members Steig Olson, William Price, Rachael McCracken discuss the impact of this important win, which greenlights a new manufacturing facility near Los Angeles that will produce rebar for California and its border states and could save consumers more than $50 million a year in artificially-increased steel prices.

Steig notes “This was really important for California, one of the rare cases where you can feel really good about not just making consequential change but can also deliver thousands of good jobs to the Mojave Valley”.
