Tigran Guledjian Named to Daily Journal's Top IP Lawyers of 2025

Congratulations to Tigran Guledjian, Quinn Emanuel Partner and Co-Chair of the Firm’s National IP Litigation Practice, for being named to the Daily Journal's Top IP Lawyers of 2025. Tigran has 25 years of experience in IP Law and brings a unique perspective to complex high-tech disputes using his Aerospace engineering background. His recent achievements recognized by the Daily Journal include a landmark case in which the QE team he lead represented Cribl against Splunk over a dispute centered on software interoperability leading to a fair use finding. Guledjian persuaded the jury to primarily side with Cribl, resulting in Splunk being awarded just $1 instead of the $155 million sought. This case sets a precedent for software interoperability.
